Thank you for your interest in being a vendor. Our celebration continues to grow and we enjoy this opportunity to welcome visitors to our community. We strive to make the event better each year and would appreciate any volunteer participation from you, your family, or your friends. Please put the word out that we are looking for help before and during the celebration!
There is no electricity in the park field, however there are a limited number of outlets available for an additional charge of $50.00 and are first-come, first-served and arrangements for power need to be made before the event and your fees are paid. You will need a minimum of a HEAVY DUTY 12-guage extension cord. We are not responsible for planning your electrical needs. Your fee buys you ONE 15 AMP CIRCUIT. Please plan accordingly. If staff determines you are using more than a 15 amp service you will be charged an additional fee of $100 or immediately disconnected.
There are NO TRAILERS, VEHICLES, or RV’S allowed to stay inside the park and NO CAMPING inside the park. There is an RV park adjacent to the vendor area. For availability and reservations please contact K.J.’s Snack and Catch at 435 448- 9697.
There is NO overnight security provided in the park. Scofield Town and Pleasant Valley Days will not be held responsible for loss or damage of ANY kind.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Your application and fees must be submitted no later than Friday, June 21, 2024.
- Booth size is 10x10 for all booths. Fees are:
$165 no power (additional booth space for same vendor priced at $100.00 per add’l space. These fees are the same for Friday and Saturday combined or Saturday only vending.
$215 with power - Check in and set up-There will be check-in times available all day on Wednesday the 3rd and Thursday the 4th. Friday the 5th from 8 am until 12 noon.
Saturday the 6th vendors must be inside the park and set up no later than 9 am.
NO VEHICLES are allowed inside the park on Saturday after 9:00 am! NO EXCEPTIONS! - NO refunds or cancellations after Monday, June 24, 2024.
- You are responsible for disposing of your own garbage. A dumpster is located above the park by the cemetery
for your disposal use. DO NOT place vending garbage in the park garbage cans. - Alcohol consumption by vendors or agents is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible to bring any and all supplies you may need. There will be no assistance available.
- VENDOR TEAR DOWN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED UNTIL AFTER 5:30 PM.
